Private pediatrician facility “Vulekovic” has opened in March 2018.
The head of the medical team dr Sinisa Vulekovic in collaboration with our competent and experienced pediatricians and consultants will take care of your own and your family’s health.
The facility in Podgorica is located in the street of Svetozara Markovica 5. In the pleasant ambience we are available to your family every day of the week. During the whole year, we provide health services for adults and children at our separate facility in Sutomore.
Through quality health protection we provide you and your children with a healthy life since birth.

If the child is ill, how soon can I expect to schedule a medical exam?
There is no need to schedule a medical exam. Just come to the clinic during working hours and pediatrician will examine your child.
Should I call to schedule a check up or can I just come to the pediatrician clinic?
The medical check up does not have to be scheduled; your child will be examined when you come to the clinic. For more detailed information please contact us at +382 20 244 244.
Can the pediatrician prescribe antibiotics for the child without examination in the clinic?
Our clinic wishes to practice excellent medicine, which is why it is hard to conclude what your child needs are without a proper medical examination. Therefore, without and examination we cannot prescribe antibiotics.
Should a teenage child receive regular medical examinations at the pediatrician and until what age?
Yes, we do recommend adolescents to have at least one annual medical examination. With routine check ups your teenage child has the opportunity to receive professional advice and “first hand” explanations in regards to their questions, which they feel uncomfortable asking you and other adults. Aside from that, this type of examination is also used to talk to the teenager in order to explain to them the changes that their bodies are undergoing, which are entirely normal, as well as healthy life style choices which are important at this age.
If my child has a fever and I take him to the clinic can I expect to get a prescription for antibiotics?
Childhood diseases are often viral. After the pediatrician detailed medical examination you will receive a plan on medical treatment for your child, which often does not include antibiotics.

We recommend 7 regular exams of newborns until they turn 1. During the 2nd year we recommend 2 exams

Yes, our clinic offers include house visit, which include a detailed medical examination from the pediatrician, weighing and advices about newborns care.
